CDR International’s shareholders and team are pleased to announce the appointment of Bart-Jan van der Spek as the new Managing Director, by June 3rd 2024. Bart-Jan succeeds Peter Biemond, who will be transitioning to a new role as Contracts and Management Advisor and Sr. Port Expert within the organization.
Bart-Jan, who has been with CDR International for eight years, is looking forward to working closely with our talented team to continue our mission. Together, CDR International will continue to innovate and deliver expert tailor-made solutions to the unique challenges of each individual project and client. Bart-Jan aims to drive CDR International to new heights, building on the solid foundation laid by his predecessors.
Peter has been instrumental in improving the structure and organization to establish the strategic direction of the company. As Contracts and Management Advisor and Port Expert, CDR International will continue benefitting from his extensive expertise and knowledge.
