In April 2024, CDR warmly welcomed Ecel Klarenbeek-Sandalo as our newest Finance & Administration Assistant. With over 15 years of experience in various corporate roles, Ecel brings invaluable support and insight to all aspects of Finance, Administration, and HR.
Graduating with a degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, Ecel began her career in Training & Development, Performance Management, and Business Process Improvement within the Hospitality and Business Process Outsourcing sectors. Her relocation to the Netherlands in 2017 provided her with opportunities to broaden her skills as a Tenders and Contracts Coordinator for Applied Medical Europe, where she facilitated contracts for healthcare institutions such as the NHS and HSE.
Prior to joining CDR, Ecel served as the Global Quality and Knowledge Specialist for JustEatTakeaway.com, where she established a QA framework for HR Specialists across European offices.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ecel is actively engaged in the Filipino women community in the Netherlands, dedicating her time as Deputy Secretary General at Pinay sa Holland-GABRIELA. Additionally, she pursues her passion for photography, with a focus on landscapes, nature, and macro shots, as well as building a portfolio of portraits.
