After execution of the dredging works the bathymetrical surveys revealed a misbalance in the volume that has been dredged and respectively dumped. DEME requested CDR to evaluates the sediment losses during the execution of the project. CDR studied the losses at the (1) Dredging Zone: Components of losses; Dredged volume; Actual transported; Expected losses at dredging zone; Dredge cycle (2) Dump Site: Surveys; Environmental; Components of losses; Expected losses at dump site. CDR composed a report with observations and conclusions.
